Robert Freame, Marine House

Robert’s love of West Dorset and its spectacular World Heritage coastline springs out from his paintings.

Originally a printer living in Bedford, he had regular holidays on the Dorset coast, where he sketched. Soon he switched his life to full time painting and living in Dorset.

Robert’s oils constantly revisit firm favourites, Golden Cap, The Cobb at Lyme Regis, and racing yachts offshore. A very popular local artist whose work is always available at Marine House.
