Mark Dally, Marine House

Following a first class degree in Multidisciplinary Design, Mark was awarded a distinction for his M.A. in which he specialised in Ceramics and surface pattern at the University of Staffordshire.

His black and white tableware range displays his talent for bold contemporary design. Various inspirational motifs from aboriginal and pre-Hispanic Mexican art are also evident in his work.

The ceramics are high-fired and decorated using traditional slip trailing techniques. The third firing with liquid platinum completes the process.
