BACKGROUND AND TECHNIQUE

Helen trained at Sunderland University gaining a degree in fine art printmaking. This was followed by an MA at the Royal College of Art In natural history illustration. Her preferred medium is etching at which she excels, producing fine original compositions. Her favourite subjects are animals, and her goal is to illuminate their beauty, dignity and character. Her success is evident in the widespread reputation she has gained for her truly compelling warm imagery.

SUCCESS
Helen is regularly accepted at the prestigious Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and has shown widely in the UK. In addition, she’s shown extensively in Australia and presented in Japan.
