SOUTH OF FRANCE
Born in 1964, he studied drawing at the École des Beaux-Arts in Tours and Paris, then at the École Nationale d’Architecture de Paris-La-Seine, two distinct and complementary courses from which he graduated.
To quench his thirst for travel and his passion for painting, a natural language inherited from a long family tradition, he began creating murals for public places and private individuals in 1980. This experience led him to perfect the geometry and balance of his imaginary compositions, imbued with the warmth and colors of the South.
A father, mother and wife born in Africa and children from the Franco-Cap Verde region explain his taste for exoticism and travel.
Since 1990, his oil paintings have been exhibited extensively in France (Paris, Montpellier, Ile-de-Ré, Lyon, Saint Tropez, Saint Barthélémy, Strasbourg, Versailles) and abroad in Germany (Berlin, Bremen, Dortmund), Switzerland (Geneva) for the first time in 2024 for a solo show, Senegal (Dakar), England (Devon, London) and Asia (Hong-Kong, Singapore).
